Area Managers are responsible for managing 8 to 12 branches of the region and increase the deposit and business size of the corresponding area. They act as a link between frontline branch staff and Regional Chief. They develop, manage, and execute strategy to achieve multi-dimensional business targets as per KPIs assigned and introduce sales & service excellence in branches.
Area Managers conduct market research and feasibility studies to identify new market opportunities to support the development of business initiatives and identify investment opportunities and ensure these are aligned with the business strategies in place.
They strive to achieve individual and branch sales goals and targets through new business sales, referrals and retention of account relationships.
Area Managers are responsible not only for identifying potential customer (their needs both Assets & Liabilities) but also for establishing Customer Relationship.(providing service experience to customers).
Strong PR and networking skills, Leadership, Decision making and Problem Solving, People Management and delegation skills.
