Yes, the programme is open to experienced professionals who have a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree and up to 5 years of work experience. If your Master’s has not been completed by June 2020, you will be considered based on your Bachelor’s degree.

Yes you can apply. However, do note that these positions are based in Pakistan. The selection process will be the same for you except for the dates of assessment center and panel interview, which will be communicated to you separately.

The online assessment has been designed as a gamified simulation. The assessment takes into account cognitive ability as well as leadership competency factors. The online assessment will basically tell us about your personality and your aptitude.
The game consists of an aptitude component, behavioral scenarios and a case study. Approximate time to complete the game is 60-75 mins.
You must read your email before proceeding for the online assessment. The email contains important instructions and details about the online assessment.

No. However, you will receive a copy of your submitted application for your record and information.
The downloading of this online assessment requires a stable internet connection. It will typically take 30 minutes for the download to complete.
Step 1: Once the HBL-TheLeague-2020.zip is downloaded, open it with “Utility Archive”.
Step 2: Once the files are extracted, Open the application.
Step 3: If error shows that the application is not from Mac Store, open your Settings > Security and Privacy > General > “Allow other sources” and start the game again.
